All feedback will be taken seriously and acted upon with fairness and impartiality. Complaints can be made verbally or in writing. Complaints can be made by 3rd parties acting on behalf of the Service User. Service Users will not be discriminated against for making a complaint, nor will there be any negative affect on care. The Registered Manager will be happy to provide information on local advocacy groups and other support networks.
